I have seen a few of these here on deviantART, so I decided to do my own. You can find the original meme here: My Pirate crew meme

Captain: Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp)
He would be the Captain because he has captained the Black Pearl for 13 years. Plus, he's been to Isla de Muerta, Isla Cruces, and the Fountain of Youth. 

First Mate: Killian Jones or Captain Hook (Colin O' Donoghue)
He would be the First Mate because he too is a Captain. He used to captain the Jolly Roger before he sold it for a magic bean to be with Emma Swan. He and Captain Jack would get along well because they both have a love for adventure.

Cook: Long John Silver (Tim Curry)
When you first saw Long John Silver in "Muppet Treasure Island", he was the ship's cook. He would most likely mutiny against Captain Sparrow, but Hook would put him in his place. 

Navigator: Ser Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen)
He helped Daenerys Targaryen claim Qarth, Yunkai, and Meereen. He also knows how to read a map and would help the two Captains Sparrow and Hook navigate across the oceans and seas. 

Rifleman: Benjamin Martin (Mel Gibson)
He fought in the Revolutionary War against the British with his son, Gabriel. He might not get along with Hook because Killian was once a British soldier. He would be a huge asset to the crew for his knowledge of battle strategy. 

Thieves: Pintel (Lee Arenberg) and Ragetti (Mackenzie Crook)
They would be causing a lot of trouble during their voyages. They tried to steal the cursed treasure, the Dead Man's Chest, and would also try to steal the ship. They both may appear like idiots to the rest of the crew, but they are actually more intelligent. Ragetti knew why Will Turner, Norrington, and Sparrow wanted the Dead Man's Chest.

Pet: Kraken
Davy Jones' old pet, it would destroy ships on command and track people who had the Black Spot. Captain Sparrow is afraid of it, but he would probably have his First Mate be the one in control of it. 

Swordsman: Daario Naharis (Michael Huisman)
A Tyroshi sellsword and captain of the Second Sons, he helped Ser Jorah and Daenerys claim Meereen. He is a skilled fighter and expert of battle strategy as well. 

Random: Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison), Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley), and Will Turner (Orlando Bloom)
Why not have the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming a part of the crew, along with the Pirate King (Queen), and the current Captain of the Flying Dutchman?! They all know how to sword fight, plus Will and Elizabeth have sailed with Jack, Pintel, and Ragetti in the past. Will and Hook would have to keep Naharis away from the two women for he is quite the womanizer.
